ABOUT OUR LOCATION & TRUST
How did North 48°® Clothing Co come to be?
North 48°® Clothing Co. was established in 2021 as our dedicated tribute to Campbellton, New Brunswick, and the surrounding Restigouche region. The brand was built to celebrate the spectacular natural landscape of Northern New Brunswick, the distinctive regional lifestyle, and the local community. Following the initial brand development, the North 48° Etsy storefront officially launched in January 2022 to bring this northern aesthetic to customers worldwide.
Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
Our main creative design studio is located in Campbellton, New Brunswick, where we have been proudly designing and operating for the past 22 years! However, we do not have a retail storefront or a physical shop open to the public. North 48° is strictly an online e-commerce clothing brand, allowing us to ship our custom casual wear to customers all over Canada and across the globe.
Where can I see reviews and feedback for your business?
North 48° is our brand-new casual wear line, but we are definitely not new to online business. The creative team behind North 48° has been successfully running multiple independent global storefronts - including our highly rated Etsy shops - Since 2007. We have spent over 19 years building a reputation for stellar customer service, high-quality products, and trusted delivery.
Because we have just recently launched this standalone clothing website, our on-site review counter is starting fresh. ORDERS AND PRODUCTION
Where are my items shipped from?
To offer a wide selection of designs, colours, and sizes without generating massive warehouse textile waste and stocking a huge inventory, every item at North 48° is custom made-to-order. We partner with specialized production facilities across North America, Europe, and Australia. Your order will ship directly from the nearest regional production facility to ensure it reaches your doorstep as quickly and affordably as possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to each piece being custom printed just for you, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Standard shipping deliveries thereafter are typically 3 to 7 business days, no matter you are located. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order leaves the facility.
SIZING & MATERIALS
How do I know I am ordering the correct size?
Because our items are custom made-to-order, and that we don’t stock inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes. We highly recommend checking our detailed Size Guide on each product page before ordering. Please see our PRO TIP measurement guide here for extra help:
Will my clothing shrink in the wash?
Our hoodies and t-shirts are crafted from premium, pre-shrunk cotton blends. However, to maintain the vibrant quality of the custom print and prevent any minor shrinkage, we always recommend washing your North 48° apparel inside out in cold water and hanging it to dry (or tumble drying on low heat with Shrink Guard).
RETURNS & QUALITY GUARANTEE
What is your return policy?
To maintain a sustainable, eco-friendly business model with zero inventory waste, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a noticeable manufacturing defect or flaw, we will fix it immediately. Please contact our support team at support@north48clothingco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a brand-new replacement for you at absolutely no extra cost to you.
